218A.540 - Officers and employees of the Assembly: Determination of number.

218A.540  Officers and employees of the Assembly: Determination of number.  The number of officers and employees of the Assembly must be determined by each session of the Assembly as recommended by the assembly committee which has jurisdiction of issues relating to legislative functions.
