218A.520 - Secretary of the Senate: Election; duties.

218A.520  Secretary of the Senate: Election; duties.

      1.  The Secretary of the Senate shall be elected as an officer by the members of the Senate.

      2.  The Secretary of the Senate shall assign the duties of the Senate employees.
