130.701  Tribunal of State authorized to serve as responding tribunal in proceeding to determine parentage. [Effective until the date that the provisions of The Hague Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance is ratified by the President and the United States deposits its instrument of ratification.]  A tribunal of this State authorized to determine parentage of a child may serve as a responding tribunal in a proceeding to determine parentage brought under the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act or a law or procedure substantially similar to that Act.
