130.10163 - “Registering tribunal” defined. [Effective until the date that the provisions of The Hague Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance i

130.10163  “Registering tribunal” defined. [Effective on the date that the provisions of The Hague Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance is ratified by the President and the United States deposits its instrument of ratification.]  “Registering tribunal” means a tribunal in which a support order or judgment determining parentage of a child is registered.
