49-1528. Specific Authority for Claims, defined.The short form expression, Specific Authority for Claims, shall mean that the principal generally authorizes and empowers the agent to accept or reject arbitration of, to assert or prosecute, to compromise, to defend, to intervene in any action or other proceeding involved with, to settle, and otherwise to contest, pursue, or resolve any claim.
