49-1526. Specific Authority for Ancillary Matters, defined.The short form expression, Specific Authority for Ancillary Matters, shall mean that the principal generally authorizes and empowers the agent to omit or take any action and to make any decision appropriate, convenient, or necessary for effectuation of, and otherwise to do or refrain from anything reasonably ancillary to, any other specific authority or general power granted to the agent by the principal.
