43-415. Evaluation;time limitation; extension;hearing.A juvenile placed for evaluationwith the Office of Juvenile Services shall be returned to the court upon thecompletion of the evaluation or at the end of thirty days, whichever comesfirst. When the office finds that an extension of the thirty-day period isnecessary to complete the evaluation, the court may order an extension notto exceed an additional thirty days. Thecourt shall hold a hearing within ten days after the evaluation is completedand returned to the court by the office.
