Written control procedures and guidelines, defined.Written control procedures and guidelines means the document prepared and signed by the pharmacist in charge and approved by the board which specifies the manner in which basic levels of competency of pharmacy technicians employed by the pharmacy are determined, the manner in which supervision is provided, the manner in which the functions of pharmacy technicians are verified, the maximum ratio of pharmacy technicians to one pharmacist used in the pharmacy, and guidelines governing the use of pharmacy technicians and the functions which they may perform.
