23-815. Roadhouses; dance halls; carnivals; shows; amusement parks; petition for license; notice; hearing.Notice of said application shall be published at the expense of the applicant for two consecutive weeks in a legal newspaper of general circulation in said county and precinct, giving the time and place at which said application will be considered by the county board. After full consideration, and the hearing of remonstrants, if there be any, the county board may, in its discretion, grant or withhold said license.
