87-2-604. Permission of landowner required.


     87-2-604. Permission of landowner required. A holder of a Class C-2 trapper's license shall obtain written permission from the landowner, the lessee, or the landowner's or lessee's agent before trapping or snaring predatory animals or nongame wildlife on private property.
