69-14-515. Acceptance of federal laws by railroad. Any such corporations may accept the provisions of any act of congress providing for the creation of bodies corporate for the purposes of this part, but such acceptance shall not impair or affect the legal or equitable rights of any creditor as they exist at the time of such acceptance.
