     69-14-207. Expulsion of passengers refusing to pay fare. If a passenger refuses to pay the passenger's fare or to exhibit or surrender the passenger's ticket when reasonably requested to do so, the conductor and employees of the corporation may put the passenger and the passenger's baggage out of the cars without using unnecessary force at any usual stopping place or near any dwelling house on stopping the train.
