Clean water commission may take action, rules not to conflict.
701.039. Nothing in sections 701.025 to 701.059 shall beconstrued as prohibiting the clean water commission from takingappropriate action under chapter 644, RSMo, on violations of thatchapter or regulations promulgated under that chapter. The rulesand regulations promulgated under sections 701.025 to 701.059shall not conflict with rules and regulations promulgated underchapter 644, RSMo.
