701.015. 1. Each light of safety glazing material installedin a hazardous location within the state shall have attached atransparent label which shall identify the labeler, whether themanufacturer or installer, and state that "safety glazingmaterial" has been utilized in the installation. The label shallbe legible and visible from the inside of the building afterinstallation.
2. Safety glazing labeling pursuant to subsection 1 of thissection shall not be used on other than safety glazing materials.
3. It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation tosell or offer to sell for use in this state any sliding glassdoors, including both fixed and closed panels, storm doors,shower doors, bathtub enclosures, interior and exterior framed orunframed glass entrance or exit doors made of material other thansafety glazing material as provided in sections 701.010 to701.020.
