Person operating vehicle while under sixteen years of age--penalty.
577.110. No person under the age of sixteen years shalloperate a motor vehicle on the highways of this state. Anyperson who violates this section, upon conviction thereof, shallbe punished by a fine of not less than five dollars nor more thanfive hundred dollars.
