575.290. 1. A person commits the crime of impropercommunication if he communicates, directly or indirectly, withany juror, special master, referee, or arbitrator in a judicialproceeding, other than as part of the proceedings in a case, forthe purpose of influencing the official action of such person.
2. Improper communication is a class B misdemeanor.
