Felonious restraint.
565.120. 1. A person commits the crime of feloniousrestraint if he knowingly restrains another unlawfully andwithout consent so as to interfere substantially with his libertyand exposes him to a substantial risk of serious physical injury.
2. Felonious restraint is a class C felony.
