Unlawful endangerment of another, penalty.
565.065. 1. A person commits the crime of unlawfulendangerment of another if, while engaged in or as a part of theenterprise for the production of a controlled substance, heprotects or attempts to protect the production of the controlledsubstance by creating, setting up, building, erecting, or usingany device or weapon which causes or is intended to causephysical injury to another person.
2. Unlawful endangerment of another is a class C felony.
