Execution warrant issued to the director of department of correctionsfor execution of offender.
546.710. Upon such convicted offender being brought before the court,they shall proceed to inquire into the facts, and if no legal reasons existagainst the execution of sentence, such court shall issue a warrant to thedirector of the department of corrections, for the execution of theprisoner at the time therein specified, which execution shall be obeyed bythe director accordingly.
