Indictments, when not to be made public.

545.080. When any indictment shall be found against anyperson for a felony or misdemeanor, not being in actualconfinement, or held by recognizance to answer thereto, suchindictment shall not be open to the inspection of any personexcept the judge and clerk of the court and the prosecutingattorney; nor shall it be docketed or entered upon the minutes orrecords of the court until the defendant therein shall have beenarrested.
