Proceedings in case of disqualification.
544.300. If the associate circuit judge is disqualified asprovided in section 544.290, he shall certify the case forassignment to the presiding judge of the circuit and the caseshall be assigned in the same manner as provided for civil casesin section 517.520, RSMo.
