Right of action to survive.
532.690. The right of action for the penalties declared bythis chapter to be incurred, and to be paid to the partyaggrieved, shall not cease by the death of either party, but suchpenalty may be sued for and recovered by the executor oradministrator of the aggrieved party, against the offender or hisexecutor or administrator.
