The order of discharge.
532.470. If it appear that any person brought before a courtunder this chapter is entitled to be discharged, the court shallmake an order, in writing, commanding those who have such personin custody to discharge him forthwith, and shall also deliver tothe person discharged a certificate of such discharge.
