When judgment operates as a bar.
522.040. A judgment for the defendant in such action shallbe a bar to any other suit that may be brought on the sameofficial bond, by the same relator, for any delinquency ordefault which was assigned as a breach of the condition of suchbond in the action on which such judgment was rendered.
