513.515. Whenever any person shall acquire another homesteadin the manner provided in section 513.510, the prior homesteadshall thereupon be liable for his debts, but such other homesteadshall not be liable for causes of action against him to whichsuch prior homestead would not have been liable; provided, thatsuch other homestead shall have been acquired with theconsideration derived from the sale or other disposition of suchprior homestead, or with other means not derived from theproperty of such person.
