Delivery bond to be returned--failure--officer to stand as security.
513.185. Every delivery bond shall be returned with theexecution; and if the officer fail to return the same, or thesame be adjudged insufficient at the return term of theexecution, he shall stand as surety for the defendant, for thedelivery of the property levied on, and may be proceeded againstas such.
