513.080. Where a judgment shall have been or may hereafterbe had in the name of an executor or administrator, executionthereafter may be sued out or an action thereon maintained by theadministrator de bonis non, upon his filing in the clerk's officeof the court in which such judgment was rendered a certified copyof his letters of administration de bonis non.
