Handling fee for child support payments, paid to clerk, when (MarionCounty).
488.064. In the event the judge orders child support payments in MarionCounty to be made through the clerk, the clerk shall annually, on or beforeFebruary first of each year, pursuant to section 483.083, RSMo, charge tendollars per year to each such person so obligated to make child supportpayments, which fee shall be paid to the state.
