Residential loans, imposition of fee to complete documentationnot deemed engaging in the unauthorized practice of law.
484.025. No bank or lending institution that makes residential loansand imposes a fee of less than two hundred dollars for completingresidential loan documentation for loans made by that institution shall bedeemed to be engaging in the unauthorized practice of law.
