Municipality to designate attorney to prosecute violations--duties.
479.120. It shall be the duty of an attorney designated bythe municipality to prosecute the violations of themunicipality's ordinances before the municipal judges or beforethe associate circuit judges hearing the violations of thatmunicipality's ordinances. The salary or fees of the attorneyand his necessary expenses incurred in such prosecutions shall bepaid by the municipality.
