Sessions of southern district of court of appeals--when and whereheld.
477.220. There shall be held in each year two sessions ofthe southern district of the court of appeals at Springfield,Missouri, at times fixed by the district. And the district shallhold two sessions at Poplar Bluff, in Butler county, to heararguments, have cases submitted and hear and decide motions, thedistrict having previously determined by order, which may bechanged at the pleasure of the district, the time of suchsittings and from what counties cases may be heard at that place;provided, that, except by different stipulation of the parties,all cases from the following mentioned counties shall be heard atPoplar Bluff, viz: Butler, Carter, Ripley, Reynolds, Iron,Wayne, Bollinger, Scott, Stoddard, Dunklin, Pemiscot, New Madrid,Crawford, Dent, Shannon, Oregon and Mississippi. The district ishereby authorized to provide suitable quarters at Poplar Blufffor that purpose, to be paid for as other expenses of thedistrict are paid. Each of the judges of the district shall beallowed and paid his actual expenses incident to attending andholding court at Poplar Bluff, which shall be paid as thesalaries of the judges are now paid.
