Notice where there are no known heirs.
473.040. When an intestate has left no known heirs, theclerk shall also publish a notice, once a week for sixconsecutive weeks in at least two newspapers, published in theplaces designated by the court, containing the name of theintestate, a description of his person, the time and place of hisdeath, the place of his nativity, if known, and the appraisedamount of his estate.
