Trust assets, retention and disposition.
469.904. Within a reasonable time after accepting a trusteeship orreceiving trust assets, a trustee shall review the trust assets and makeand implement decisions concerning the retention and disposition of assetsin order to bring the trust portfolio into compliance with the purposes,terms, distribution requirements, and other circumstances of the trust, andwith the requirements of this act**.
