Additional powers of court.
454.240. In addition to the foregoing powers, the court ofthis state when acting as the responding state has the power tosubject the defendant to such terms and conditions as the courtmay deem proper to assure compliance with its orders and inparticular:
(1) To require the defendant to furnish recognizance in theform of a cash deposit or bond of such character and in suchamount as the court may deem proper to assure payment of anyamount required to be paid by the defendant;
(2) To require the defendant to make payments at specifiedintervals to the clerk of the court and to report personally tosuch clerk at such times as may be deemed necessary;
(3) To punish the defendant who shall violate any order ofthe court to the same extent as is provided by law for contemptof the court in any other suit or proceeding cognizable by thecourt; and
(4) To impose a withholding order against the wages or otherincome of the defendant pursuant to section 452.350, RSMo.
