Rules--promulgated by the division.
454.1018. The division shall promulgate rules necessary for theimplementation and administration of sections 454.1000 to 454.1025. Norule or portion of a rule promulgated pursuant to the authority of thissection shall become effective unless it is promulgated pursuant to section536.024, RSMo.
