Description of units.
448.2-104. A description of a unit which sets forth the nameof the condominium, the recording data for the declaration, thecounty in which the condominium is located, and the identifyingnumber of the unit, is a sufficient legal description of thatunit and all rights, obligations, and interests appurtenant tothat unit which were created by the declaration or bylaws.
