Certificate of judges entered of record--received in evidence.
446.200. 1. The certificate provided for by section 446.190to be made and filed by the said judges of the circuit court andthe commissioners of the county commission, or by the judges ofthe circuit court of the city of St. Louis, shall be by the saidclerk of the circuit court entered and spread upon the records ofthe circuit court of the county, the said records of which havebeen so lost, destroyed or injured.
2. Thereupon, the said clerk of the circuit court of suchcounty shall make out from said circuit court records, andtransmit to the recorder of deeds of such county a certified copyof such certificate, so made and filed by said judges orcommissioners, and the recorder of deeds shall, thereupon, recordsuch certified copy of said certificate in the land record booksof his office.
3. And a certified copy of said judges' certificate, underthe hand and official seal of the clerk of the circuit court ofsuch county, shall be received in all of the courts of thisstate, and in all of the courts held within this state, and inall places and inquiries within this state wherein said mattersand things may be pertinent, as prima facie evidence of the factsand recitals set out and contained in said certificate of saidjudges or commissioners.
