Destroyed corners, how established.
446.040. When the corner or corners of any survey shall havebeen destroyed or obliterated by time or accident, the owner ofsuch survey, or of any other lands, the title of which may beaffected by the loss of any such corner, or if the corner is acorner of the United States Public Land Survey, the state landsurveyor may call on a judge of the circuit court, other than amunicipal judge, of the county in which the land shall besituate, for the purpose of establishing such corners bytestimony.
