Discovery in certain eviction proceedings.
441.810. The plaintiff shall provide to all defendants a reasonableopportunity, prior to the hearing, to examine all documents or records thatare within the plaintiff's possession and which are relevant to the pendingaction. The court may allow further discovery if further discovery wouldnot unduly delay the action and would ensure fair disposition of theaction.
