433.040. Sections 433.010 and 433.030 shall not extend tothe bond of any personal representative, guardian, conservator,officer or other person given to secure the performance of theduties of his office, trust, place of business, nor to any bondwith a collateral condition, except bond with conditionsexclusively for the payment of money or the delivery of property,or for the performance of any covenant or agreement for thepayment of money or delivery of property.
