Assignment of mechanics' liens--rights of assignee.
429.160. Any two or more persons having filed in the clerk'soffice mechanics' liens may assign to each other or to any otherperson all their right, title and interest in and to suchmechanics' liens, and the assignee thereof may bring suit in hisname and enforce all such assigned liens as fully as if the samehad not been assigned.
