Placement of coverage.
427.145. Collateral protection coverage may be placed with any insurancecarrier selected by the creditor that is licensed to underwrite the insuranceby the department of insurance, financial institutions and professionalregistration. The insurance shall be evidenced by an individual policy or acertificate of insurance.
