407.420. Any person willfully violating any of theprovisions of section 407.405 is guilty of a class D felony. Itshall be the duty of each prosecuting attorney and circuitattorney in their respective jurisdictions to commence anycriminal actions under this section, and the attorney generalshall have concurrent original jurisdiction to commence suchcriminal actions throughout the state where such violations haveoccurred.
