407.1132. 1. An interactive computer service may, upon its owninitiative, block the receipt or transmission through its service of anycommercial electronic mail that it reasonably believes is, or will be, sentin violation of sections 407.1120 to 407.1132.
2. No interactive computer service may be held liable for any actionvoluntarily taken in good faith to block the receipt or transmissionthrough its service of any commercial electronic mail which it reasonablybelieves is, or will be, sent in violation of sections 407.1120 to407.1132.
3. Sections 407.1120 to 407.1132 shall be of no force and effect onand after the date that federal law is enacted that prohibits or otherwiseregulates the transmission of unsolicited commercial electronic mailmessages.
