Formation of cooperative corporations authorized.
394.030. Cooperative, nonprofit, membership corporations maybe organized under this chapter for the purpose of supplyingelectric energy and promoting and extending the use thereof inrural areas. Corporations organized under this chapter andcorporations which become subject to this chapter in the mannerherein provided are herein referred to as "cooperatives".
