Prohibition of resale, when.
392.475. Consistent with the federal Telecommunications Act of 1996,including implementing regulations, the commission shall prohibit theresale of a telecommunications service available at retail only todesignated categories of subscribers to different categories ofsubscribers, including a prohibition on the resale of services provided toresidential customers to business customers.
