Employee of public utility guilty of misdemeanor, when.
386.580. Every officer, agent or employee of any corporationor public utility, who violates or fails to comply with, or whoprocures, aids or abets any violation by any corporation, personor public utility of any provision of the constitution of thisstate or of this or any other law, or who fails to obey, observeor comply with any order, decision, decree, rule, direction,demand or requirement, or any part or provision thereof, of thecommission, or who procures, aids or abets any corporation,person or public utility in their or its failure to obey, observeand comply with any such order, decision, decree, rule,direction, demand or requirement, or any part or provisionthereof, in a case in which a penalty has not herein beenprovided for such officer, agent or employee, is guilty of amisdemeanor and is punishable by a fine not exceeding onethousand dollars, or by imprisonment in a county jail notexceeding one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
