385.015. All life insurance, accident and sicknessinsurance, involuntary unemployment insurance, credit casualtyinsurance and property insurance written in connection with loansor other credit transactions shall be subject to the provisionsof sections 385.010 to 385.080, except insurance for which noidentifiable charge is made to the debtor and insurance writtenin connection with a loan or other credit transaction of morethan ten years duration; nor shall insurance be subject to theprovisions of sections 385.010 to 385.080 if the issuance of theinsurance is an isolated transaction on the part of the insurernot related to an agreement or a plan for insuring debtors of thecreditor or where the issuance of such insurance is in connectionwith a residential real estate secured credit transactioncommitment exceeding twenty-five thousand dollars, which may beaccessed on a discretionary basis by the debtor.
