Injunction, when authorized.
382.250. Whenever it appears to the director that anyinsurer or any director, officer, employee or agent thereof hascommitted or has threatened to commit a violation of sections382.010 to 382.300 or of any rule, regulation, or order issued bythe director pursuant to sections 382.010 to 382.300, thedirector may apply to the circuit court for the county in whichthe principal office of the insurer is located or to the circuitcourt for Cole County for an order enjoining the insurer or thedirector, officer, employee or agent thereof from violating orcontinuing to violate sections 382.010 to 382.300 or any suchrule, regulation or order, and for such other equitable relief asthe nature of the case and the interests of the insurer'spolicyholders, creditors, shareholders, or the public mayrequire.
