380.451. A policyholder shall not be liable to assessmentfor any losses or expenses incurred by the company subsequent tothe termination of his policy nor shall he be liable toassessment for any obligations incurred by the company prior tosuch termination unless notice of the assessment is given withinone year after such termination.
